The Scanstrut radar mast features a sensitive hydraulic damping system that reacts to changes in the boat's heel angle. It is completely maintenance-free and requires no electricity. Designed to fit the latest radar models from Simrad, Garmin, Raymarine, Lowrance, and B&G. The Scanstrut mast-mounted leveling bracket comes with everything you need for installation on any sailboat. The package includes: a 360° adjustable base that screws into the boat at any angle, Scanstrut's SC100 mast, the passive damping gimbal cradle, and a 1200 mm deck strut & 25 mm pushpit mount. The adjustable anodized aluminum base provides a range of mounting options. It is possible to mount the mast on both flat decks and sloping transoms. The mast is removable, so you can take it off during winter storage.
