GearCraft Depot collaborates with the Swedish wholesaler Nautec Marine AB, who delivers our products directly to you as a customer. This allows us to offer a wide range of over 10,000 quality products – while ensuring secure purchases under Swedish consumer law.


Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. It contains information about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email: kontakt@gearcraftdepot.se


Delivery

Normal delivery times are 1–4 business days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day at the earliest.
Our products are shipped directly from our dropshipping partner Nautec, which means that some products may have longer delivery times depending on availability at the supplier.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK including 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price adjustments, typographical errors, or technical errors in pricing. We reserve the right to correct these retroactively.


Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item.

How to proceed:

  1. Email kontakt@gearcraftdepot.se and provide:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Email

    • Order number

    • What you wish to return

  2. Return the item within 14 days.

  3. As a customer, you are responsible for return shipping and the condition of the product.

  4. We reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value if the item is used or damaged.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Opened hygiene articles

  • Food products

  • Services that have already been delivered

  • Audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken


Complaints & Claims

We ensure that your products are delivered complete and correct – even if they are shipped from a third party. In case of product defects, Swedish consumer law applies.

  2. State your name, address, order number, email, and describe the defect

  3. Return address & instructions will be provided upon approved complaint

  4. We cover return shipping for approved cases

We comply with decisions from ARN (the National Board for Consumer Disputes). Read more at arn.se


Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or technical problems caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), e.g., strikes, government decisions, or delivery disruptions by third parties.


Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors, misspellings, or color deviations. Images on the site are for illustration purposes only. Availability, stock status, and specifications may be changed by the supplier.

By shopping with us, you agree to our processing of your personal data in accordance with GDPR. We only store information necessary to complete your purchase and send your order.

Dropshipping & Third-Party Delivery

We collaborate with Nautec, a Swedish wholesaler, who handles warehousing and distribution. GearCraft Depot is always responsible for your order, contact, and support according to Swedish consumer law. You shop securely – regardless of who ships the item.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change our terms without prior notice. The current terms will always be published on this page.


Disputes & Choice of Law

Disputes are primarily resolved through dialogue with our customer service. In case of continued disagreement, you can turn to ARN.
For customers within the EU, you can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
Swedish law applies in disputes.
