All Andersen winches from size 28 ST to 72 ST are prepared for the Modular Power System®. This means that the existing manual winch can be retrofitted with an electric motor. Remove the winch head and note the engraved mounting number on the deck plate, which must be provided when ordering. Compact is supplied complete with an electronics box, connector, and instruction manual. E1 has 2 built-in relays and is supplied with a connector and instruction manual. Conversion kits can also be purchased as 24 V.
