Star Brite Waterproofing with PTEF® is the most effective way to keep materials waterproof with its PTEF® non-stick coating. PTEF® polymers repel moisture and harmful UV rays, preventing rot and fabric fading. PTEF® is Star Brite's registered trademark for polytetrafluoroethylene.
Waterproofing spray with PTEF® can be used on tarpaulins, textiles, tents, canvas, nylon, Sunbrella® fabric, and leather. If the product is applied to new fabric, it will keep the fabric usable for a longer period.
Instructions for use
1. If the material to be treated is dirty, clean with Star brite® FABRIC CLEANER & PROTECTANT W/PTEF®. The material must be dry before treatment.
2. Spray Waterproofing onto the surface and use a brush or sponge. Do not overspray.
3. Allow to dry for 6 hours after treatment. The material must be completely dry before folding or use.
Use only in a well-ventilated area.
The bottle is unique and biodegradable.
