Use a clean, dry cloth to apply Star Brite Vinyl Polish & Restorer to a small area. Rub in an even, overlapping circular motion to ensure even coverage. Multiple applications may be required to restore the surface. 3. Use another clean, dry cloth to polish the vinyl to a shiny finish.
