Can be used on engines, hulls, and propellers. Easy-to-use, effective, powerful spray. A descaler makes it easy to remove shells and barnacles from outdrives, boat bottoms, trim tabs, etc., without damaging adjacent surfaces. Can be used on lacquered or painted surfaces, aluminum, steel, all gelcoats, fiberglass, plastic, and teak. At the same time, Sharkbite is significantly more user-friendly than many others as it does not contain hydrochloric acid.
Always test on a small area when treating a new surface for the first time. Read your engine's manual before treating it. Plastic components on outboard engines are in some cases not acid-resistant, e.g., Mercury Verado.
