Omnia Maxiform is 50% larger. Perfect for when the regular pan isn't big enough. With Omnia Maxiform, you can increase the amount in most of our recipes by half to a double batch. Start by increasing by half a batch for recipes where the ingredients need to rise or expand in the pan during cooking. Cooking times remain the same. Omnia Maxiform should always be used with an Omnia base and lid. Avoid foods with high acidity and/or salt content. Omnia Maxiform should be hand washed and is not dishwasher safe.
