Robust and accurate, the sensor generates an alternating magnetic field under the boat and measures the electrical field produced by the boat moving through the water. This signal is converted into a pulse stream to replace all existing paddlewheel sensors. (Clipper Duet, Clipper Log, Target Log). With excellent accuracy of 0.1 knots, over the range of 0.2 to 40 knots. The transducer has a low profile, 50 mm. Supplied including fittings, must be installed in place of any existing fittings. NOTE – NOT SUITABLE FOR METAL HULLS
