Mirka Gold Proflex is a hand sanding paper for dry sanding of wood, fillers, and painted and lacquered surfaces. This hand sanding paper is a flexible, latex-coated paper that provides durability and flexibility when sanding both flat and profiled surfaces. The backing of the paper is stiff enough to make it comfortable to use — even without a sanding block. The abrasive grains are made of aluminum oxide, which provides good aggressiveness in combination with a perfect sanding pattern.
