Jotun vinyl primer provides first-class adhesion to the substrate and to the subsequent antifouling. Prevents water ingress and protects nails and fittings from rust. For use below the waterline on gelcoat, wood, and steel. Can also be used on light metals. Vinyl primer has a spreading rate of 10 m2 per liter and is recoatable after 3 hours at 23°C. For thinning/cleaning, use Jotun Thinner no. 7.
