One Up 2-in-1 primer and undercoat for single-component enamels. One Up is a single-component primer for use above the waterline, under International's enamels and deck paints. It protects the substrate while providing a good base for the topcoat, simplifying painting for DIY users without compromising aesthetic appearance or substrate protection. · Easy to use and provides a smooth finish with both roller and brush · A top-class painting system when combined with International's single-component enamels and deck paints · Replaces Yacht Primer and Pre-Kote while providing the same adhesion and protection
