Hempel High Protect II is a solvent-free, two-component, high-build epoxy designed for osmosis protection and treatment. Easy to apply with good tolerance to environmental conditions. Forms a hard, durable, waterproof coating. For use as a primer below the waterline on fiberglass or steel boats. Prevents and repairs osmosis-induced blistering both above and below the waterline. Supplied complete with Base and Hardener.
